This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes and governs the personally identifiable information (“Personal Data”) collected by New Century Leadership LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”) when you visit our website, www.NewCenturyLeadership.com, including any other media form, media channel, mobile website, mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). This Privacy Policy does not govern Personal Data collected from any other website or in any other manner.

When a user sends a message using our website contact form or directly to us, the return email address is used to answer the email inquiry. When sent in this manner, our Company does not use the return email address for any other purpose and does not share the return email address with any third party. The exception to this may be to report or respond to spam, security concerns or unlawful use of our Site features and functions if necessary.

Some parts of our site may enable you to participate in public forums such as blog posts, discussion boards, chats, and live events.   • Third Party Sites: Our Site may contain links to third party websites and features, such as social media sites. This Policy does not cover the privacy practices of such third parties. These third parties have their own privacy policies and we do not accept any responsibility or liability for their websites, features or policies. Please read their privacy policies before you submit any data to them. This may include Facebook Like Buttons, Twitter Buttons, Pinterest Buttons and Google + Buttons.

We use reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical security measures to protect personal data within our Company. Unfortunately, no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. How You Can Access, Modify and/or Delete Information

Opt-out: If you wish to stop receiving promotional emails from us, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided at the bottom of all our newsletters and marketing emails. (We may still need to send you other types of email if we still have business with you.) If after this step you still receive promotional emails from us, there may have been a technical error. If you no longer wish to receive email from third parties, you are responsible for contacting the third party directly.

Erase and Forget:In certain situations, for example when the information we hold about you is no longer relevant or is incorrect, you can request that we erase your data. (However, some information may be retained in our files for recordkeeping purposes, to complete any transactions that you began prior to requesting such change or deletion, to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist in investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with legal requirements.)

Sale or Bankruptcy

If ownership of www.newcenturyleadership.com is transferred to another party, the information collected via the website will also be transferred to the new owners. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and that the transferee may decline to honor commitments made in this Privacy Policy.

Disputes

This Policy and all matters arising from your use of the Site are governed by and will be construed according to the laws of Illinois, without regard to any choice of laws rules of any jurisdiction. The federal courts and state courts that have geographical jurisdiction over disputes arising at our office location in Illinois will be the only permissible venues for any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy or the Site and Service.

Arbitration

Any dispute concerning this Privacy Policy or your use of this Site shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Illinois within one (1) year from the date that the cause of action arose (or, if multiple cause of actions are involved, from the date that the first cause of action arose), and shall be decided by a single arbitrator to be selected by us, who shall hold hearings in or near Illinois, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, no arbitration brought pursuant hereto shall be joined to any other action or any other arbitration initiated pursuant hereto. If any portion of this Privacy Policy is deemed unenforceable, unlawful or void by a Court of competent jurisdiction, then that portion of the Privacy Policy will be deemed severable and will not affect the enforceability or validity of the remaining portions of this Privacy Policy.
