We all play multiple roles each day. For instance, you may at different times during the day play the role of Doer, Specialist, Manager, Leader, Parent, Friend, or Community Member. If you haven’t already, add Learner to your list.
Now, ask yourself this: If I thought of myself as a Learner, what would I do differently?
